The PERMAV model is a framework for assessing your overall well-being. It stands for Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Vitality. By examining each of these areas, you can get a better sense of whether your life is on track to being great or bad.

Positive Emotion

Engagement

Engagement refers to your level of involvement in activities that you find interesting and challenging. Relationships

  • Am I accomplishing my goals?
  • How is my physical and mental energy?
